Based on the many inquiries we get, we have established the following guidelines for Social Media Influencer Collaborations:

Collaborators must:

Be aligned with Playa Viva in values around Green, Sustainable and Regenerative ideals.
Promote a healthy lifestyle.
Promote a conscious consumer ethos.
Have an aesthetic that adds value to rather than detracts from our brand.
Address our target audience and promote experiential travel.
Have “real” followers with good engagement rates.
Currently working with creators who can deliver short videos

Influencer Agrees to Provide:

1x photo post (any photo of yours) one week prior to arrival that you are excited about your upcoming trip to @playaviva (or more times – if via multiple channels). It is preferred that you post on multiple channels: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, etc., if applicable. Mention @playaviva in the first sentence.
1x story post prior to arrival. It can be you speaking about how you are on your way to @playaviva (tagging). You can use any image on our feed, or we can provide access to a Dropbox for images. This can include your “I’m on my way to @playaviva message.”
1x photo post while at Playa Viva during your visit (or more times – if via multiple channels.) It is preferred if you post on multiple channels: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, etc., if applicable. Such images and text are to be align with our Key Values and Themes (will be provided). Include @playaviva in the first sentence, add playa viva as your location, and add hashtags #playaviva #regenerativeresorts in the post(s).
3x or more story posts per day over the course of your stay. Tag @playaviva #regenerativeresorts in the post.
1x photo post per month post-stay for 6 months minimum thereafter. Tag @playaviva, add Playa Viva as your location, add hashtags #playaviva #regenerativeresorts in the post. If you are open to posting more after the 6 months that would be greatly appreciated and encouraged.
Provide a link to a Dropbox or Google Drive with 20-30+ high quality and relevant images (or video content as agreed upon) from your stay not posted on your Feed or Stories, which Playa Viva has the right to use on our Feed and Stories (tagging you of course).

We offer a discount or free room based on how how many followers you have. Here is the program breakdown:

What we offer with your stay includes:

Airport Ground Transport – to and from airport – MUST book for 3 or more nights.
All Meals – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Snacks.
All Non-Alcoholic and Non-Blended Drinks (Smoothies not included).
Daily Yoga Class (Yoga instructor rests one day per week).
Complimentary Wi-Fi in common areas.

What we offer does not include:

Flights to Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa International Airport (ZIH) (except for 1M-plus-level Influencers).

Incidental Charges including Bar, Boutique, Excursions*, Taxes and Tips. (*Except for 250K plus level Influencers).

Based on the number of followers you have on Instagram we provide the following:

10K or more followers: 10% discount off our rate for dates of stay, limit of 3 night max at discounted rate for up to 2 people in room.
25K or more followers: 25% discount off our rate for dates of stay, limit of 3 night max at discounted rate for up to 2 people in room.
50K or more followers: 50% discount off our rate for dates of stay, limit of 3 night max at discounted rate for up to 2 people in room.
75K or more followers: Complimentary room for 2 for 3 nights, 4 days but MUST pay a $100 per day resort fee plus tax and tip for up to 2 people in room.
100K or more followers: Complimentary room for 2 for 3 nights, 4 days in best available room.
150K or more followers: Complimentary room for 2 for 3 nights, 4 days in best available room plus 2 Complimentary Excursions for Influencer and photographer.
1M or more followers: All items above plus airfare for 2 from locations in the US or Mexico (International Travel on case by case basis).
